The Origin of a Leader
Born in Bhaktapur, Nepal in 1995 to Uddhav Prasad and Shanta Adhikari, Ajeya was raised with deep-rooted family values of service, discipline, and social responsibility alongside his sisters Sharmila and Lila.
His earliest signs of leadership emerged at Prabhat English Secondary School, where his growing passions for writing, drama, and community engagement shaped his extraordinary communication skills.
Today, Ajeya lives a service-oriented life deeply grounded in harmony—married to Alisha Shilpakar Adhikari, and a proud father to his daughter Aanvi, continuing his lifelong mission to build a stronger, conscious Nepal.

A Lifetime of Scouting
As an Everest Badge holder—the highest rank in Nepal Scouts—Ajeya has led 11 Scout troops and mentored over 800 youths. He is currently writing comprehensive textbooks bridging scout skills with deep character development.

Awarded the Disaster Responder Award, Giraffe Hero Award, & Youth Pearls Award for fearless frontline service.
Earthquake Response
Served as Scout Master & Red Cross CADRE during the devastating earthquake. Beside search and rescue, Ajeya worked with Volunteer Ministers to establish Temporary Learning Centers in 10 severely affected districts including Sindhupalchok, Nuwakot, and Bhaktapur.
Nationwide Flood Relief
As Production Director for Nepal and Leader of the Polaris Disaster Response Team, he coordinated doctors, scouts, and volunteers over 2 months—organizing health camps and building temporary shelters across flood-affected eastern regions.
Educational Leadership
Led Study Technology campaigns in more than 400 schools nationwide. Mentored youth organizations and worked closely with Red Cross, All Hands and Hearts, and Dhurmus Suntali Foundation to uplift human potential.
Pioneering Dianetics in Nepal
Graduating in New Delhi, India, Ajeya became the first licensed Hubbard Dianetics Auditor in Nepal. Serving as the Executive Director of the Dianetics Centre Nepal, he introduces profound mental clarity and emotional resilience to the nation.
Mental Clarity & Resilience
Integrated Dianetics into Karma Open Scout Crew to guide 11 troops with analytical thinking and stress-overcoming tools.
Global Impact at Shrine Auditorium
On Dec 14, 2023, his life story was broadcast to 150+ countries and received a standing ovation from 7,000+ global leaders in Los Angeles.
